Replacement / Exchange

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or exchange.

• unboxing video is mandatory for exchange

• Exchange requests should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards, sale/discounted items, and used/opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Returns Eligibility

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Certain products (like perishable items, personal care products, or customized items) may not be eligible for return

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
